12/3/22, was my 2nd time here in the last few years.. Thought I’d give them another chance as the first visit wasn’t great. I asked for a mani/pedi… I had a seat in the pedi chair. In walks a young man and he proceeds to start my pedicure. Well come to find out as we’re talking, Henry is his name, tells me he is only a junior at Mason High School and does this when his mom needs him. WHAT?! I had a 16 year old BOY who is not licensed doing my pedicure. Then when we’re done, I have a seat in the mani chair, he proceeds to do my nails but has no clue where to start. He starts and the power goes out. His mom quickly finished in the dark. My nails look absolutely terrible. I called for a refund bc I do not like them and I paid for a Licensed Professional, not a 16 year old boy. Owner refuses to give a refund. I will NEVER go back there again! Stay away! Also will be reporting to State Boards and Child Labor. Pictured— You can see that there is clearly uneven painting on each nail, this is not ok.

The owner Calvin is a very shady character. If he runs his business like he does his personal life he is very untrustworthy!! He knowingly took my 18 year old son’s money for a vehicle that he knew was defective. Based on the other reviews I see on here I would be very cautious having any interaction with him or his business Envy Nails!!

Have great nails love the dip style nail. Also the acrylic is a new form that is environmentally safe, no harsh smell, comes off super easy causing no damage to your real nail. I work in a factory and my nails hold up until my next visit very impressed

My nails are strong and haven’t broke yet, wasn’t happy the first time I got them done because the lady painted my nails a deep red when I asked for a deep maroon (big difference) the design wasn’t what I asked for, it looked like I had Christmas nails at Halloween time. I got them redone a week later and I like them alot, although my design isn’t exactly what I wanted once again, like i said the nails are very sturdy. The business is clean and I’m not worried about getting any fungus but I do wish they would do my nails how i ask because i don’t want to find somewhere else to start going.

Owner is extremely Rude. Customer asked simple questions owner snapped at her.. so the customer responded with thats probably the reason why I stopped coming here. The owners respond “maybe you should No come back today..” then her son said yea why did you even come here.. that’s is not how you respond to customers in my opinion and then my daughter got a design on 2 nails 10 bucks each and this is the great job they did for 10 (2 single lines)!! I won’t be back…!

Today on the date of April 09,2022.This is the second time I have been here, and it was no better than the first. Clearly they don’t understand the concept of customer service.As soon as we arrived we were told to pick a color from there limited pallet , and they refused to make custom colors upon our request.. They were rude and hurried us out the door, leaving us with nails that were different lengths and widths.This is perhaps the worst nail service we ever had. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN.

Went in for a pedicure and selected the top level option in order to get the paraffin wax and hot stone massage. It was a mediocre pedicure at best. To top it off the skin around my toes is still irritated, nails are all different lengths and shapes, I have dry skin everywhere and didn’t get all the included service. To top it off was charged almost $6 to use a card and wasn’t advised of the fee. …kicker was the bowl of one of the seats was leaking my high end purse got very wet making my $75 pedicure (plus tip) end up costing me even more.
