Loris is who did my nails and she is amazing!! She has the most gentle touch and she has beautiful customer service! She was so sweet and funny! The pricing for the salon is also very reasonable and affordable. I, 100% recommend! Pedicure

I got there at 11:30 and waited until 12:30 for a full set. 3 people were waiting with me. After Chris got done with a customer he decided to leave and go get something instead of respecting the customers time that had been waiting very patiently. This has been happening a lot lately. Their work is outstanding but it is becoming harder and harder to get waited on. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I would have never written this review but I felt my time didn’t mean anything to them today!

I picked out a color and so did my daughter. I was getting a full set and my daughter just got her nails polished. When the lady came to the table to start my nails she went to the back and got another color that I DIDN’T pick out. She comes back with the color I picked out to. The lady that was doing my daughters nails told her that the color she picked didn’t go with her skin color. It was a light pink. So my daughter had to pick another color. Going back to me! My lady tells me that the color I picked out that only black people wear that color. I don’t care if the snowman only wears that color. I really loved the color. The lady starts with my nails and hurts me like 3 times. She kept snatching my fingers because during the winter time my fingers get stiff. I go wash my hands come back and she starts painting my nails with the color SHE picked out. Then after she paints my nails she takes the color that I picked out and puts it on her nails. She was like look yea only black people wear not good with your skin color. I have a nail that’s crocked and not the color I picked out. The only reason why I went to these people was because I got a gift certificate. I will not return to this place. I’ll go back to where I originally go to. Bad business here! The salon is very people friendly but not so much the services. They have made fun of my nails when not done by them saying the other salon didn’t do my nails right. Then today I got charged an extra fee for my nail length without them telling me before hand not to mention my nails are uneven… done by grandma. Acrylic nails

I went in almost three weeks ago & got a full set w/gel. All of my nails still look great & I’m just now getting to where I need a fill-in. This was by far my favorite experience while getting my nails done. Not once did my family & I feel like we were a burden or being judged. The customer service is amazing, we laughed the entire time we were in the salon, which was probably a little over an hour. I will definitely be going back & I’ve recommended this place for every woman that has complimented me on my nails.

Not a fan. Slow technicians, after only a week my acrylics were lifting the toenail polish is chipping and the lady that did my eyebrows made one higher then the other and more curved. Yall could do so much better. Oh and after cutting me with the drill during acrylic application and gluing my nail to my skin you said you would offer a discount and the price was even more then quoted over the phone. Ridiculous
