Envy Nails

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was actually going to the nails salon down the road but they were full and I did not want to wait for long so I walk up the road and saw envy nails spa. It was fairly empty and although that should have ring a bell I actually wanted my nails done that day so I decided to give them a try. My issues with them;- the nails service was VERY overpriced!!!- the lady doing my nails does not understand English so she choose to do whatever she thinks I will like and at a point I got tired of correcting her and allow her to go on and do as she pleases.- one week after I got an OVERPRICED nails Service they started falling off!!! I was actually going to the nails salon down the road but they were full and I did not want to wait for long so I walk up the road and saw envy nails spa. It was fairly empty and although that should have ring a bell I actually wanted my nails done that day so I decided to give them a try. My issues with them;

Critical: ProfessionalismOver price for a simple gel acrylic with diamonds and the nail techs cut my skin with Emory board like three times don’t go there and if ican give no star I would the nails I got would have been like $50 in other places not $75Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: QualityI had a pedicure done here and it was the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. I have decently smooth skin on my feet. The woman doing my pedicure scrubbed in such a vicious way that I left with more dry and ripped skin then when I came in for the service. In addition to this, she was quite rude when I asked to change the polish colour. Overall, it was a messy and unprofessional job. I had a pedicure done here and it was the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. I have decently smooth skin on my feet. The woman doing my pedicure scrubbed in such a vicious way that I left with more dry and ripped skin then when I came in for the service. In addition to this, she was quite rude when I asked to change the polish colour. Overall, it was a messy and unprofessional job. Definitely not work paying for.

Critical: QualityThe picture with my hair up was how they were done initially. Wasn’t too happy with the look, made my eye look lazy was coming off in the corner the next day.. i then have them fix it .. that’s how it was fixed ! At this point I’m just requesting a refund .. no one answers the phone .. there are no prices that the clients can see! I’ve come here a few times even brought them clients !!! I was satisfied 75% until the last 3 times i went in for scheduled service. I always call Amanda ahead f time to make an appointment. I never walk in, with respect of COVID 19. The last 2 times Amanda has overcharged me. She actually asked me the last time how much do I wish to pay? That was so confusing to me. she went ahead and charges me $220 and still asked for a tip. The services rendered was not at all worth $220. This last particular time sent me to a place I can never come back from. It was the day of my God daughter birthday party, I explained this to Amanda when I made my appointment for 11am. Amanda did not arrive until 11:20am. She began my service at 11:25am. I usually soak my nails off, she began ripping them off with an instrument that hurt so bad, my fingers were nearly bleeding. Once she got all of 4 nails off, she then went to have me soak, I soaked for a solid 15 minutes, the acrylic was all dissolved and it was time to begin my new full set. Amanda left me soaking for over 30 minutes in Acetone while she proceeded to complete a SNS Dip full set as I patiently waited. It was now 12:25 and I realized I was still not being serviced. Amanda is money hungry and she steals from people. If she thinks you have money she goes overboard. She does things you do not ask for then charges you for it at the end. I am so disappointed and I wish no other woman has to experience this horrible customer service. They do not sanitize, wash hands, or social distance!!! I will never return to this establishment. EVER!!! Amanda has serviced my 2 sisters, and my mom and step mom. Everyone is disappointed and stopped going to see her for service. I am done too. She will no longer steal from me and treat me like garbage. Please think twice before going here!!
