Horrible customer service. My nail tech, Tiffany, did not pay attention to me at all. She did not even ask if I liked my nails when she finished. I told her I was very upset with the results and she did not ask if there was anything she could do to fix them. She was rude both over the phone and in person. My finger nails turned out very low quality for the price I paid. Very dissapointed with the service and treatment of their customers.
