I got a gel manicure on 7/2 and the polish began to crack within minutes. This is what my nails look like the day I got them done and on today, 7/5. Unacceptable. A waste of $40… It was the worker at station 7 who did my nails. I do not remember his name.

I am giving it one star because I can’t give them 0. This is what I got when I asked for almond shaped full set. They are square, crooked, uneven and she left a mess on my hands. I asked her if she could please fix it and she screamed at me and no one did anything about it. I told the lady ringing me up I was unhappy and they told me it was my fault. I will never come back. They just lost a loyal customer.

I’ve been debating about posting this review, but I feel like this should be said . I went here Sunday for a cut down and change of color. Originally the cut down was going to be $5 okay cool, but how did the gel polish make the price jump to $35?and no I didn’t get a different shape. Also my paint started chipping the next day… They’re usually good but the lady I had did a rush job.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon for a nail repair. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. Fill in was lumpy and uneven and the gel polish looked horrible. I got a fill in with gel polish and regular polish on my toes (no pedicure) and they charged me $73. I will never in my life step foot back in this nail salon.

Never in my life did I ever pay $103 on my nails and toes for them to look like this. They told me SNS and gel never match which is wrong because I always get my nails done with SNS and gel on my toes and they always match. These are two completely different colors. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

I will never come back. I used to use envy all the time and then they started slipping and making more mistakes, so I started going somewhere else. My normal place had an hour wait, so I decided to give them another chance last Friday evening. I got a fill in, and by the end of it four of my fingers were bleeding from where she continuously filed into my skin instead of the nail, despite my obvious pain, and the rest were just raw. When I pointed out that my square tips were going up at an angle, she just put another coat of polish on it. Even just the polish is uneven and gloopy. And then she charged me $42 when a fill in with gel polish is supposed to be $35. It was absolutely terrible.
