Always friendly staff, walked in on Valentine’s day for two new sets and we were seated quickly. Showed the nail tech our inspiration pictures and they were amazingly spot on. They made suggestions for the hearts design and will always trust them.

Rude staff. Not only did the person cough in my face, he also sneezed into his hand and then took hold of my hand! He spent the entire time watching movies on his phone. I went in yesterday and I didn’t like the polish color – it was not the color I chose. I decided to go back in today to change the polish. He argued that the samples are faded out. My fault, I should have made him stop after he painted the first nail. I picked a new color and was charged $15 for a polish change. I did not expect it to be free but, that seems a bit much. Too many other places to choose from. I won’t be back.

Horrible! The lady actually asked me to help her because she was sick and tired my nails were bumpy & crooked & flat. They were rude all of them & lazy but one & go figure he’s the only one that had people actually interested in having an appointment with him. They are so embarrassing I actually have to have them fixed & when I asked them to do so no one owned up to it the guy actually tried arguing with me by far the worst experience I’ve ever had!

Dien is the best. You have to call ahead for an appointment because he is always booked. My nails last 3 to 4 weeks and they rarely break. They are never too thick and he gets the almond shape just right.

I used to like this place but the last time I went there with 2 other friends, they made us wait for a really long time. Then only did 2 of the 3 pedicures before helping another customer who came in after us. The 3rd pedicure was eventually done. None of us were satisfied with the results. The polish wasn’t completely covering the toes, the nails were jagged. It seemed like the manicurists were not interested and were being rude to us.

ATTENTION!!! BEWARE!!!!! MY MOM LOST HER BIGTOE NAILS! This is the most diagusting and filthy place. If you value clean and safe services then this is NOT the place to go. My sister and mom have been going there for a while and i was the one who introduced them to the place. I moved. The last time they went, a few months ago, my sister notices that the tubs werent being sanitized between clients and tools were being reused!!!!!!!!! My mom said they always dug too deep and it was painful. Well this time my mom had her 2 big toenails FALL OFF!!!!!!!!!! Obviously from the filthy salon.

I personally love this place.. they take their time- so if you’re in a rush, go somwhere else. Howver, if you want a decent gel mani pedi for about 60$ this place is my GO-TO. and they do a great job and the polish will last!
