I usually love Envy but the past couple of times I have went I’ve gotten the same lady and she doesn’t NOT do a good job. I got nothing like what I asked for. I had sparkle acrylic under my last polish because of how they did my full set a month or two ago. Instead of painting over it to cover the sparkle she put the design over it so I had to add sparkles that I didn’t want just so it wouldn’t look weird. The design is sloppy and see through because of the one coat she put on. My nails are all different shapes. They are absolutely terrible. As a younger lady with social anxiety I did not speak up for myself but I saw other workers looking at them then whispering and laughing. I do not remember the ladies name but she does NOT do a good job at all. I’m extremely disappointed especially because I spent $60 on them. Not sure if I will ever go back but now I need to find out how to fix these because they took my last big of money I had.

Allison is the best I’ve ever had so my acrylic nails! She did my wedding nails exactly how I wanted them! I’ve also gotten several pedicures from this spa and they always do a good job. They set a timer and give you a good massage. Highly recommend. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Allison is my nail tech and she always do a great job. Getting my desired appointment date and time is never a problem. She’s friendly, funny and creative. Micheal does my pedicures and he is great. He takes his time and get the job done. He’s professional and friendly. Ms.Nacey does my boyfriend pedicures and he enjoys here great conversations and feet tips. We enjoy Envy Nails.

My nail tech was booked so I came here. The next day my polish was peeling. Day 2 they’re completely peeling. I’ve never had such thing happen to my nails. Without my knowledge. The man that serviced my daughter was rude and didn’t accomplish what she was looking to have done. She intentionally didn’t mention it to me because there would have been a problem. We had a family of six get manicures and pedicures prior to a much needed vacation. You will not have to worry about seeing any of my money anymore. I suggest manners and respect be learned. Foolishness will not be tolerated.

I’ve been here a few times since it’s close to my house, but each time it gets worse and worse. I went in yesterday to get a full set of gel powder nails and my current ones removed. Even with an appointment, I had to wait. Then, my technician never verified what I needed done. She rips off my nails making me bleed in the process. All of my nails were naturally grown and she cut them down to nubs without asking. She put on UV gel instead of powder. She did not even ask me my shape – she assumed I wanted square which was not the shape I even came in with. After my nails were done and painted I noticed they were not buffed correctly. I’ve got nails that are round and flat in places where other nails aren’t. I have 10 different round shapes on my nails. I paid in full because the work was done, but I will never return. Don’t waste your time.
