I’m forever grateful for the nail technicians Sally and Kevin. They’ve been faithfully my nail technicians since 2020 and their customer service is unmatched. The quality of their work, their professionalism, their charisma and integrity will help you greatly appreciate their hard work and soon grow fond of them. Sally does the most beautiful and delicate dip powder styles on my nails, and Kevin does the most beautiful and delicate French gel pedicures! I love them and could never replace them!

I went for a simple gel color change on my toes. They had a very inexperienced young man perform my service. I asked for a neon yellow color and showed what I wanted . He first painted without a white base and I told him that’s not what I wanted as the color was see through . The neighboring employee had to tel him to put white under the yellow color. This is my final result , messy work. Just because I didn’t book a full pedicure doesn’t mean as much effort shouldn’t have been put into my color change. $30 on this , I could’ve did it at home.

When i go in with ideas she even makes recommendations to make them more my style, cooler, etc that aren’t markup options but just to give me the best nails she can following my idea. 100% would recommend

It was a hot summer day when I entered this salon. It was beautiful but no air conditioning, very hot. The wait was not long. I was happy with my manicure. The pedicure was good UNTIL I put my feet under the dryer. A big black bug possibly a water bug but I’m not sure. It was big and ran under the dryer. I pulled my feet out quickly and brushed the polish on my big toe. I told the lady what happened n she had a young inexperienced man repeat the polish. It looked worse than when I bumped it. I was sent to dry them and once again there was a large bug. At that point I just wanted to leave. They charged me $65 n so not worth it. I told her I was not happy with how my toe was repolished but she didn’t care. I again informed her about the Biggs but again she didn’t care!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT HOT BUGGY PLACE!!

I wanted to give Envy a try. I recieved a gel pedicure. I arrived at 3:15 pm and was finished in less than 30 minutes. I had a young man do my pedicure. I asked him when he was done if I get a massage on my feet/legs. He said he did it. A 5 minute massage??? I paid $47! This was by far the quickest and lack of service that I have ever recieved for a pedicure. I unfortunately will not be returning.

This is the 2nd time I have been here. My daughters are return customers also! We love Diane, she spends SO much time making sure your nails are PERFECT! I get gel manicures as does my other daughter. We love Envy and would recommend them to anyone!

My nails look atrocious!! The customer service was fine, but the outcome is awful! Before getting them done I even was explaining to the nail tech that the place I went to before botched them. Everyone talks about how amazing this place is but I completely disagree!! My nails look like upside-down triangles! I would have been better off with press-ons. This is a picture of what I asked for and this is what I received! Look at the thumbs!

I had made an appointment on Friday for Monday morning. I had arrived 5 minutes before my 9:45 am appointment, checked in and the receptionist said to pick my dip polish from the baskets that they had on the counters. I sat down and waited and waited and waited. I looked at my watch and it was 10:03 am. I thought to my self ok I will wait just a little longer and then I will say something to the receptionist. At 10:14 am I went to the receptionist and said I had a 9:45 am appointment and now it is 10:15! It has been a half hour of waiting, she told me that my appointment was with anyone that was available (heads up, that means that you will not be seen at your appointment time; just that you will be there at that time so basically you made an appointment to be ahead of a possible walk in) and I said yes but it has been a half hour. She then said oh well they don’t come in until 10:00 am! Now why would you be able to make a 9:45 am appointment when the nail techs don’t get there until 10:00 am! The nail tech took me back at 10:30 and started to do my nails, at this point I should have followed my gut and left. I had stayed, the girl Annie started to use a dremel on my nails to get the old dip off and I had asked her to do it lightly- I told her that my nail beds were really thin and it hurts. What does she do? Well of course she does it harder! Annie asked if I wanted my nails cut down, I said yes. She clipped my nails and they were all crooked! I thought ok she will file them straight, she asked how I wanted the shape. I wanted then not square and not completely round, something in between. So, she “shaped” my nails and they were completely square and still crooked!! I picked up the nail file and shaped them myself, I was waiting for her to say something but she didn’t. I should have left at this point again but I did not. After I had finished shaping MY OWN NAILS, she then started to dip my nails and started to polish a clear coat. Annie had walked away and came back with a hot towel, I was looking at my nails and one nail the clear polish was completely smudged and another had a bubble in it. I asked if she was going to fix it and she said Oh. She did “fix” it and then wrapped my hands in the towel and rub lotion on my hands. She had said something and I asked what did you say and her response was I was speaking to my coworker. Her coworker said oh well she was just saying how stressful the morning is. I said YES I was here for a 9:45 appointment and didn’t get taken back until 10:30 and I ONLY have a little bit of time on my days off and have a bunch of stuff to do. So Yes it is stressful! When I was finished I went up to pay and told the receptionist that I WILL NEVER COME BACK to this salon, I did not yell or get angry I said it in a very nice way. Hours later my 2nd finger’s clear coat started to come off, and now on my other hand 2nd finger’s clear polish is peeling off. My cuticles look horrible probably because she did not do anything to them. If I could give them negative stars I would, its sad because I read the reviews and they were positive.
