I have NEVER gotten a gel manicure that has lasted nearly a month without chipping. I got this manicure on July 26. The tech was nice, receptionist was friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer of Tony & the family for many years now, back to when I was in college. I have always loved coming here and never had a complaint, but the past three pedicure experiences have been awful, and I’m sad to say I will not be coming back. The first experience was several months ago: children running around the salon yelling. I understand kids have to be brought to work but yelling and running around the salon, dodging customers, isn’t the experience I come to the salon for. The second experience was just last week, I came in as a walk-in and was seated in a pedicure chair. I waited in the chair for 40 minutes; no one so much as looked at me. When I saw a woman who came in after me, being helped before me, I left. Today was the last straw for me. Pedicure started out fine but a child came running through the salon about halfway through, dragging a punching bag behind him. He swung this punching bag around the salon, banging in to chairs along the way. He turned the stand upside down so the large round base was in the air and proceeded to swing that around, nearly hitting me in the process. None of the staff intervened except to yell “no!” at him. ANOTHER child then tried to lift & remove the towel that was over my legs, took my cell phone off the armrest, and grabbed the straw out of my drink. Again, none of the staff did or said anything. There was no leg or foot massage, and I left with paraffin wax still stuck in between my toes. Absolutely ridiculous experience and certainly not what I pay $70 for!! ($45 deluxe pedicure + $15 for gel + $10 tip)

A sign in the store says the Salon is under new management. I enjoyed bringing my girls here to get pampered. This place has a lot of chairs so even if I wait to get my pedi, I can relax and enjoy the massage chair. They have several types of pedi packages to choose from. They did a fabulous job on my daughters nails and the young lady was patient with me when I asked to have them shortened. Very satisfied with the service. There’s plenty of parking spots for the handicapped.

Horrible service!! I was immediately rushed. They were in such a hurry and so rude. They were not closing any time soon so I don’t know why I was rushed so badly. I was embarrassed to have brought my friend there. I had this work done 3 days ago and the scabs are so bad, I have circled them. The man doing my nails dug so deep in to my skin that I was bleeding and I am still healing with scabs. I would not recommend this nail salon to my worst enemy.
