She really communicate and explain to me what she be doing to my hair. She took her time with my hair. She really put a lot of effort into my hair to come out really good. I came out from that store feeling like a whole new person thanks to her. I definitely come back and let Jada do my hair again! I was visiting from out of state, I wanted to get my hair styled and my MIL recommended Envy Salon! I booked a styling appointment with Lauren and I was very pleased, Lauren was professional, courteous and did an amazing job on my hair. I had a blow out w/ some iron work (I asked for waves) and she nailed it!! My style lasted for 3 days which is exactly what I wanted. I felt they were fairly priced and the salon was clean and neat. Everyone was very friendly and Lauren had me out the chair within an hour. I would highly recommend Lauren if you are looking for a style that will last and that is accompanied with a superb customer service experience!

I gave envy a call, described what I was in need of in hair care and styling was referred to Kelly. Well after my first appointment 5 weeks ago I had a magnificent experience with how my hair came out, made my second appointment which I had today it was even better than my initial appointment. Kelly is absolutely awesome she spent time to explain everything she was doing with my hair and and how to manage it. Don’t know how or why I waited so long to change

OMG – this salon is the great! Their stylists care about their clients so much. While their prices are on the higher side they are totally worth it. I had the best color, highlight and cut from Kelly and she spent so much time and made me feel so special and so fabulous!
