Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHorrible manicure for $50. She used drill tips that still had dust from other nails on it, and even broke skin with it. Used a towel that she dropped on the floor right in front of me and scolded me for advocating my wants and need during the appointment. Kept promising walk ins appointments though they clearly didnt have staff/time and rushed the job. Of course i didnt get the nails i wanted as i felt i had to keep my mouth shut. I asked for clear encapsulated glitter, and she uses translucent nail tips, glues on the glitter with gel then coats it all in clear pink so im left with pink lumpy nails. Not what i asked for at all. When i got in my car i nottice how horrible the shaping was, how absolutely destroyed my cuticles were and how much glue was all over my fingers! I spent longer at home re shaping, sanding down the lumpy glitter and re doing the gel topcoat then she did doing my full set of acrylics.Service: Acrylic nailsHorrible manicure for $50. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis is the dirtiest salon I’ve ever been too. I changed my mind to get my nails done here because it was so nasty. The bathrooms are disgusting. There’s dirt & grime everywhere. The chairs are sticky. The ladies are unprofessional. I won’t be back here. Plus, it’s extremely overpriced.
