Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is by far the worst salon in RVA. Stay away from them. They ruined my hair and expected me to go back to let them “fix” it. They wouldn’t refund my money even though they know how bad they did. Chopped my hair and turned it orange. They are not capable of coloring or cutting. Rude employees. If you have to youtube how to color hair you shouldn’t have touched mine!!!!! This place should be ashamed of themselves. Making me dispute the transaction with my bank to get money back.
