Jan is a very nice lady. Very interesting to talk to, and a delight. But unfortunately, personality isn’t what my sister and I came for today. She dyed my sister’s hair the wrong color, cut about 6 inches more than the 1 inch that was desired, and was clueless on the concept of layers. When confronted with the issue, Jan became very defensive and unapologetic. Although she claims to have decades of experience, this isn’t evident with the shears or the flat iron in her hand.
