Booked my appointment online on Facebook messenger. I told them I had naturally dark brown hair and showed them a picture of what I wanted and they scheduled me for a 12 pm time and I show up 10 minutes before. They told me they didn’t have the time to do me hair.. so disappointed they could have done some today and some another day or worked something out better.
