***Attention: the one star review is from a disgruntled former employee who was unprofessional and consequently fired. DO NOT take that post seriously. Envision Beauty Salon is one of the best salons in Aiken. As a former employee, Ms Judy and her staff have NEVER talked “trash” about customers. Ms Judy takes care of her customers and makes sure they leave happy. She also takes care of her employees (as someone who worked there for 2 years) and very rarely fires people. Unless you have done something really wrong, she works with you to find a solution and is a very kind, understanding boss. Please see my initial review below:

Judy, the owner, has cut my hair, my husband’s and my son’s for over 15 years. She is very professional, courteous, and always makes her customers feel welcome when they enter her salon. She exceeds the highest expectations regarding cleanliness, customer service and knowledge of hairstyles and cuts. We have recommended her to many people and will continue doing so!

I’ve been getting my haircuts from Ms. Judy for going on 20 years. She has always done a great job, including making suggestions on the cut that would work best for me. She always keeps her appointment times such that I never find myself having to wait for more than a few minutes. I highly recommend Ms. Judy as a hair stylist who is customer focused, always cheery, and very professional.

The assistant is as sweet as she can be. Judy and Joyce however have no respect for someone with a medical condition or children. Judy’s prices are way to high and they talk trash about the customers after they leave. I am so disgusted with the way I have been treated and I will never step foot in there again and I suggest if you read this you don’t either. Find a better salon were they are truly concerned with your well-being and family. A horrible manager reflects on the business big time. I would recommend anyone else but this salon.
