Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAwesome! Previously diagnosed by several Dermatologists w Rosacea & Cystic acne starting in late 20s.Dermatology: “try this topical & come back in 4-6weeks”… Big guessing game.I tried every topical with temporary or Zero improvements but drying/inflammatory side effects. Their next gem of an idea was to suggest taking a Blood Pressure med bec a side effect was acne-reducing! ( i dont have BP probs. I opted out.)Then Derms suggested Accutane bec they were running out of topicals to suggest. (Side effects = potential Liver damage. Not my idea of a solution either. )I Researched for a Natural solution- tried a Naturopothist in NYC- That didn’t work 100% long-term.Finally found Envision! Consult with Nikolett was thorough. I was told to bring in my: makeup/acne products/supplements. Reviewed which dietary choices impact acne most. Reviewed my mineral makeup & which ingredients were detrimental to acne prone skin.(If you take her advice & avoid certain ingredients- you can find make-up out there. Not many tho- found 2 brands. Or save urself the trouble of researching – she’s got a whole line in the office that Works beautifully! )After my first acne consult Facial- my inflammation was reduced 75% within a day! A-mazing! I went 1- 2x week for few months & my skin was basically back to Flawless!Wow! Haven’t gotten that result with ANY Dermatologist ~ EVER!Now I just maintain. I use products she sells in-office (makeup powder/concealer, moisturizer, soap&toner, sunscreen) I get a relaxing facial once every 2 mos or so. (I need to buy products anyway- why not use brands she researched! If they didnt work, could always stop.) BUT it’s been years since my first visit & healthy skin she restored is still my norm.The office is relaxing. She’s definitely on-time moreso than a Derms office!If what youre doing isn’t working- I Definitely recommend Envision- no harsh chemicals, no pills, no side effects.Her treatments Are a Zero-Side-Effect Solution!! Several of my friends saw the difference & brought their teens to her & the kids had the best improvements! So Glad I found Nikolett!Awesome! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy skin was the worst it had even been when I started going to Envision. I had been dealing with cystic acne for over 10 years by that point. As a teenager and young adult I had been to various dermatologist who prescribed every topical treatment know to man (none of which worked even slightly for cysts). The only treatment I received from a dermatologist that worked was spironolactone and cortisone injections. However, around 26 I decided to take a more natural and healthy approach to life and I didn’t want to be on a blood pressure medication if I didn’t have high blood pressure… My brother and I have similar skin and he went through a rough period with his skin a few months before mine. He found Envision Acne and Skin Care Center and started treatment. After seeing his results I decided to take the plunge. When I met Nikolett I was at my lowest low in terms of confidence, I was willing to try anything. Within 3-4 weeks of treatment I had no new cysts and my inflammation was down significantly. Within a few months we were just working on my scaring. That was over 3 years ago and I still go for Revitapen treatments (which are amazing). If you are reading this and questioning going, seriously, just do it. Nikolett literally helped change my life, I have confidence back that I thought was gone forever.
