Do not order from these people! They withdrew $103 from my account in the middle of the night after I had ordered a TRIAL of Krasa products. They claim that I agreed to doing so, but I read this NOWHERE! My bank gave me the number to this company, which I called right away and cancelled. Little over an hour later, they tried to charge my card another $109! Luckily my bank denied the transaction, sent me an email immediately and I cancelled my debit card. Even if I decided I liked the product, which I’ve only had for four days, NO WAY would I continue to purchase. Wouldn’t even consider purchasing threw Amazon, or any other vendor. If Krasa is willing to do business with such a shady company, I want nothing to do with their products. The only reason I’m giving one star is because none is not an option. Beware!!

everything written here is true! Do not order from this company! I ordered my 14 day free trial on 10/22, they didn’t send the product until 10/31 and I didn’t receive it until 11/2. (I had the tracking to prove it and the customer service guy acknowledged this). However, the fine print says the 14 day free trial starts the day you order, so it doesn’t matter that they didn’t send it until the 9th day and that i received in on the 11th day. They also did not send any paperwork with the product and I thought that was weird at the time. the charges on my account were from 2 different “companies” – one from a website and phone number that did not exist.

Thank goodness for FRAUD ALERTS from my bank. These pilfers attempted to debit $109 from me. I received a fraud alert via text. I contacted my bank, denied knowledge of the charge and my debit card was cancelled immediately. This is an example of the reason I change my card at least three times a year. Be careful.

Everything negative previously written on the web is absolutely true and fits my own experience! Envisage Skin Intl. misrepresents their policies. So, you think you are getting a sample for a small postage fee that you can try for 14 days. The truth is they charge you for the full price of that sample: $103.00 BEFORE you have had the chance to try it for 14 days and then they won’t give you your money back! They lied to me about where they are located and probably everything else. THEY ARE UNETHICAL and SCAMMERS. Don’t do business with them! I just wish I’d read the web reviews before I ordered that “free” sample. I am going to write the Attorney General of Idaho, also. These people need to be shut down!

Just got off the telephone with customer serviin 11/8/18 Envisage Skin International does FALSE MISLEADING advestisement. And does not inform you upfront they will be AUTOMATICALLY WITHDRAWING from you account without your PERMISSION. Then will NOT REFUND your account when its brought to their attention! I suggest you NOT do business with this company EVER. I filed a CLAIM against the company after I spoke with them, I rate this company 00000.

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!…..Do not order form this “company”. They make false advertising claims and use fake celebrity names to lure customers. This is NOT a free trail and If you open the product, it cannot be returned without a paying the full price of the product! I hate to give even one star. The is the biggest SCAM…. I ordered the trial never received any product then the charges my account for 103. And 109. Then refused to refund me… I have contacted the better business bureau as well as reported fraud to my bank DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
