Nails looked good, but the staff was not friendly, and the place was not clean. They didn’t even do her cuticles. The credit card machine didn’t print properly, so the employee got upset that he couldn’t have her sign her receipt or add a tip. He didn’t thank her for coming or even say goodbye. However, he did apply a base coat before the gel nail polish which some salons do not do and should. There was no wait even though we had walked in without an appointment. Price is average.

I went there on a weekend to get my nails done. A VERY SIMPLE NAIL DESIGN AT THAT. Just plain white nails. Couldn’t get even the nail length I wanted because he said something about a nail bed. I went there today because my nails are popping off like crazy and I wanted my money back because I spent so much money on these nails just for them to come off so easy. If I am correct, you have to give me my money back because I am paying you to do something so simple. I would rather get my cousin who is 6 to do my nails rather than them ever again !!!!!! I also went there about a month ago to get a design and the design was jacked. I showed my family the design I wanted and what I got and they told me I should go back. I will never go back there again in my life. Also, they have messed up my nail bed so bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dead person! My press-on nails look better and last longer than there nails.

Rachel is very mean and unprofessional. They whole business is unorganized and they do not take the clients in the order that come in. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. Showed up at the nail salon at 8am on a Saturday to be told to sit in Rachel’s Chair at 9:20am. Only for Rachel to tap me on the shoulder and tell me she’s refusing to do my nails. When I asked why she said she’s the owner and she can refuse to do services if she wants too.

I went in with a picture of what I wanted from my previous place before I moved. A simple gel manicure with French tips. I said round shaped and even. She proceeded to file flat tips at different lengths. I repeated round and showed her the picture. She said she knew and would file afterward. The white is all crooked and I asked her to make them even. She said ok, but didn’t. She filed the edged with an acrylic nail file after they were done and I left with rough nails that were snagging my clothes. It was so bad that I arrived to my meeting after lunch and was asked ‘who jacked up my nails’ and why I hadn’t had it fixed. I had to go elsewhere and have them completely removed and fixed…the same day…and they were shocked and showing them around amazed that someone did that. They were already separating from being filed after finished. Very disappointing! Will not go back! The guy up front seemed better and his people seemed to have much better looking nails, but the girl I got was not any good at all.

Went here and I felt like my nails were done good but the day after I got them done I had two nails fall off went back and the next day two more came off at this point it has to be the products that they are using cause ain’t no way all my nails fall off including the ones that got done. First time coming here wait was extremely long and I’ve never heard of a nail salon that doesn’t do appointments? Whattt??? secondly I hate my eyelashes I didn’t even notice that one was thicker than the other. I mean their personality’s might be 5stars. I go here normally to get my eyebrows done. Love the way she does them. This June I took my mother, Aunt, cousin, and my aunt’s friend to get the works. They are a friendly staff and they made everyone feel at home. Eyebrows, feet, and nails done gorgeously. They also do eyelashes but I wear glasses so I skip that part. I saw people get them and they are beautiful.
