I’ve been here twice, first time was amazing. Came tonight with my daughter, she got her nails painted, they look great. I get black matte nails and as soon as I start doing dishes the polish and matte top coat start coming off. It’s almost as if there is wet polish under the top coat. Very disappointed, hoping to get them fixed.

I’ve been using this nail salon since moving to the area. It’s convenient and walking distance so I thought I’d try it out. It didn’t disappoint. I’ve been to several others and this is by far the best! I always go in knowing exactly what I want and request Ben. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure you’re completely satisfied . He greets everyone coming into the door and makes friendly conversation the entire time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I am posting this review because of the manner in which my complaint was handled. It’s true I showed up to seek redress after 3.5 weeks but to my defense, the infection took about a week to show up and then for another week or so I was treating it with oil because I thought it was just dry. And then with my work schedule and I didn’t think it was serious until I saw that it kept getting worse and I became scared. When I went back to the salon the manager refused to refund me saying I took too long to come in. After pleading with him to at least remove them he semi filed them down leaving my nails looking a horrible mess. I asked him to pay for my doctor’s visit and he refused as well. I feel so violated and disrespected and cheated. Any my nails still look terrible. These Asians come here with their greedy, rude selves, pretend they don’t speak English, over charge for nail services and are rude on top of all that and offer very poor customer service. Use this salon at your own risk.

The employees we’re super nice and clean the place was beautiful and really clean the service was good they asked if we wanted something to drink and the results of the nails were beautiful. And the prices are really good. I recommend and would go again 100%. Manicure, Acrylic nails

Unfortunately, my experience with Envie wasn’t as good as my neighbours who highly recommended them. I got a pedicure with regular polish and manicure with gel nails. The person who did my manicure was gentle and sweet. The pedicurist was passive aggressive the whole time. She suggested gel for my toe nails and I told her I’m happy sticking with regular polish. More than once she was rough while scrubbing. When I was waiting for the paint to dry and she passed by me, so I asked her if she thought the polish would be dry so I could leave (this was after 10 ish min of waiting). She didn’t check but said that if I was in a hurry I should’ve listened to her and got a gel polish.

Envie renders good services but it could be pricey. The environment is clean and the workers pay attention to their clients. It’s easy to get an appointment online but I am not sure if they do walk-ins.
