I usually hate getting my nails done. I’m a catcher so a lot of places will make me feel bad about my ingrowns. I also have anxiety which usually ends up with me picking at my cuticles. (Bad habit. I’m aware). However, even though my nails needed some werk, hunty. I was still completely welcomed here. Not turned down, or made to feel bad. Lorenzo usually punches me in the arm and asks me to do something stupid like dance or sing for the people in there.. That will never happen. Michelle comes up to me with a smile and shares my purple hair fantasy (you heard me. We have purple hair. And you better bet we SLAY it every time). Anna does my grandmother’s nails.. However. She is the best person to distract you while you get your ingrowns done. And by that I mean she usually stands there and asks me questions about my pain. . But as much as I usually hate sharing my feelings or plastering them on the internet I think she deserves the right to hear it. Allie, I can never truly thank you for taking on me and all my weirdness. I can’t thank you for performing ingrown nail surgery every month, texting me to remind me I need to set an appointment up for said surgery, for listening to my issues and my tea, allowing me to open up to you and overall being the nicest human being. I’m so glad I talked myself into going and getting my nails done here. If you’re debating going here. Stop, grab your keys and go. I’m #teamallie but I’m sure the other teams will do right by you too. I’m happy to not only get my nails done here, but randomly stop in to bring all them desserts as well.

Update: Me & my mom used this salon recently to get pedicures before vacation and I’m so bummed my toes look so sloppy. No attention to detail and they charged us extra to file our feet yet both our feet are still rough! The cost? 75$ If I ever come back it will be to only see Lorenzo. I had a younger Caucasian girl, it seemed she worked the front desk too. I’ll post picture to see if you would want her doing yours. She got the gel all in my cuticle when I pointed it out she told me I didn’t have cuticles now so she didn’t know what I meant and further explanation did not help.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Came here looking for a new place to get acrylics about a year ago and have NEVER left! My nails last a MONTH sometimes longer and I clean residential homes for a living. Reasonably-priced as well as great customer service, love my usual tech Pam but all the techs do an amazing job and are very accommodating!

My sister felicity went here to get her nails done after a few days two of them broke and fell off her shellac was peeling and her acrylic is lifting when returning to have them fixed all the staff was rude talking about her in plain English in front of her and the manager was very rude!!!! they refused to fix any of her lifting nails but said they would fix the two that broke but all they had was 15 minutes to do so and continued to tell her after she said can I just make an appointment to get them filled and fixed because there wasn’t enough time they told her if she waited more than two days they would charge her to fix them even though she already paid $60 to get them done in a half ass manor! the manager continued to treat her like a child though she is almost 18 and works and pays for her own nails! plus told her we are Evni nails we don’t have problems and we don’t ever have these mistakes well Hunny you do today!!!! maybe you need to over look your staff tell them to talk in the back room away from customers, not be rude to them, and realize everyone makes mistakes the ones willing to correct them are the ones who keep their customers and their loyalty! she can bring her hard earned money to where I go will never get treated bad and will have a better quality experience plus a cleaner more relaxing environment!

I got the shellac on my nails last Saturday and they started lifting and peeling right off just like my fake tinker bell nail polish I used when I was 3. I would definitely NEVER recommend this dirty “spa” to anyone. I now know why they have a Groupon on their shellac service for only $12. It’s because they SUCK and their shellac is either cheap or just not even real shellac. The UV light burned me. The girl doing my nails was on her phone and had the girl at the front do my pineapple massage. Which was just her rubbing lotion on my hands for a total of 2 minutes. The “spa” was very dirty and I waited for a good 20 minutes before someone even got to me even though I had an appointment. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER go back!!!!! Please do NOT waste your money people! I would HIGHLY recommend paying a little more and going to 90’s Nails in Blue Ash. I would NOT even pay this nail salon $5 to do my nails. Actually, it’s not even worth my time, gas, or effort to even drive back to get them redone for free. I have NEVER been to such a horrible nail salon.

I tried this place today for the first time. I was greeted immediately at the door. The place was clean and very nice inside. My technician was Lorenz and he was absolutely amazing. My nails look exactly how I wanted them to. He took the time to make sure they were shaped and designed perfectly. I will be referring all of my friends and family to him. I couldn’t be happier 🙂
