I want to first start off by saying everyone in the shop was very nice and friendly. The wait time wasn’t too bad either. But I will say make an appointment before you come. I called and asked if I should make an appointment they said no they could take me. It was about a little over an hour wait. The stylist who did my hair wound up doing a good job. But what I will say I am dissatisfied with is pricing. I originally thought that a blowout included a flat iron for $40 because that’s what it’s priced on the door and if not that maybe 45 at the most. But as I got in the chair and started getting my hair blowdried the owner was like it’s going to be 55 and I’m like wow? I didn’t even get a trim or a deep condition. I don’t know anyone who would pay $40 just to have their hair washed and blow dried unless the stylist was going to blow dry it straight which didn’t happen. Because if that was the case it would’ve been fine being blowed out straight. It’s not about the money it’s just the principle of it. I will say it is my fault for assuming and not asking soon enough. When I first walked in told her what I wanted she said you want a blowout and I said yes and assumed it was the one for $40. Had I known it was going to be $55 without a deep condition or a trim I would’ve went somewhere else. This review is not to bash them because they keep a very clean shop and they are all super friendly. The stylist that did my hair was very nice as well. There is also a younger girl there who is doing the sweeping and keeping the combs and stuff sanitize. She did a great job and she was working hard. I could also tell that they have a lot of clientele because people were coming in. Thanks!

This post is in reference to my stylist India. I was nervous about getting my hair pressed out cause I always get heat damaged. I told her the history of what I call my hair and she reassured me I was good. Being natural you don’t want someone tearing through your hair with a comb and she did the complete opposite. She took her time to detangle and made sure she focused on the hair and not money. 2 weeks later I washed my hair and HOT DAMN! no heat damage. I look forward to a long relationship with India as my stylist!

Cried put on a scarf and went to ENVE shop and got the best short hair cut. I’ve been getting compliments from women and men.
