They looked at me and treated me like I was some freak nutcase for trying to come in 2 hours before closing without an appointment. I’ve never been to a salon so uninviting and stuck up before in my life. If you want to get something really fancy done here I’m sure they’re great, (they better be with their snooty attitude) but if you want anything short of a complicated and complex hair styling then stay away.

The first 2 times I went were great but the 3rd time was not! Brenna did my hair and messed it up so had to re-dye it the same day and 6 hours later I finally got to leave and my hair is still covered with brown spots where she didn’t use enough products or apply with thin enough layers of hair. I will not be going back again. She absolutely ruined my hair I know there are some great hair stylist there but the girl I had the 3rd time was not!
