Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAll I have to say is WOW.I have had a hand full of facials in my life but THIS ONE was absolutely amazing, I don’t think I’ve stopped talking about it since I had it done LOL . Susan was Amazing, I felt instantly comfortable with her , I could completely relax, yet she was communicating with me on what she was doing and the benefits etc along the way . The price was super reasonable and all the little additional services , foot rub , essential oils , red light therapy.. Aaahhhhh I cannot wait to go back for another one. Thank you Susan for giving me an hour of utter relaxation. I got the chocolate and roses facial. Erin did a great job! She spent a good time putting products on and massaging them into my face. It was a added bonus that she gives a calf and foot massage and dips your hands in paraffin wax and massages your hands and arms as well. It was very relaxing and my skin looks amazing! I will definitely be going back and recommending her to others!

Critical: QualityBit on the fence with recommending this business. Bridal hair style was good but the bridal make up side of the appointment was not a great experience. It was rushed and definitely was not professional make up application. So hair styles yes I would recommend. Having make up done, no I would not recommend. My daughter give my wife and me gift certificates for the spa. We came in to have manicures and pedicures and they were excellent. The staff is super friendly and very professional and we were both very pleased. I then asked if the had any beard trimming experts and the owner said that she was an excellent beard trimmer. I decided to get a hair cut and a bread trim and could not be happier. My beard looks awesome and she cut my hair perfectly. 2 thumbs up and we will be back.

I had my eyebrows done and it was a fabulous experience. She was very professional and explained it all to me. She did a fabulous job!! I would recommend it to anyone who wants a more permanent and less painful eyebrow experience.

I was a little late due to traffic and it was so amazing to walk into a place with such care and get the sense of “just breathe”, it’s all ok. Such a warm and inviting place with such wonderful sweet people. I loved my massage and the professionalism is outstanding! Thank you for a much needed break for this stay at home mama!

I recently used Susan for my wedding hair and make up. I had 6 bridesmaids as well as my mother and a few other relatives get their hair and make up done. Everyone was thrilled with the outcome! My makeup and hair were exactly what I wanted, same goes for everyone else. Susan did exactly what we asked, and also added extra ideas to those of us without a clear vision. It was perfect and held up from noon until 11pm! Thanks again!
