Best facial I ever had for sure and I cannot wait to come back. I felt as though she understood my skin concerns and that is so important when you choose your aesthetician. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy first experience at Entre Nous was exceptional!When I entered the building I was required to have a mask on and after using the touch free door, I was greeted promptly As I entered and both my hands and the bottom of my shoes were sanitized. I felt very safe and was happy with their high level of care to make their office a very secure and germ-free environment.Both Sandra and Kirsten were extremely insightful, professional and made me feel comfortable. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been seeing Sandra and Sarah for treatments. They are both phenomenal. The new location is so nice and staff very welcoming. I wish they could have another grand opening as Dr. Weston did a great in service on skincare and current and upcoming products. It’s rare to receive such info. In person. I’ve been seeing Sandra and Sarah for treatments. They are both phenomenal. The new location is so nice and staff very welcoming. I wish they could have another grand opening as Dr. Weston did a great in service on skincare and current and upcoming products. It’s rare to receive such info. In person. Ciera went above and beyond to understand the issue. She also wanted to make sure that I understood my skin care regiment so, she offered to have me come back and have all the products explained to me. Which, I totally appreciate. I haven’t updated my skin care regime in 25 years! So, now that I am in my advanced years, I need a lot more help understanding what my skin needs! I also want to reiterate that Zhara is extremely competent and the thing I like the most is that she is direct and no-nonsense.Zhara did my HydraFacial and dermaplaning and I would highly recommend her. Where Entre Nous fell short was the entire customer experience. I felt as though I was rushed in without any interest in what I was looking for or providing guidance. I wanted some more explanation on the use of the products and what they do. It was all so rushed without any time allowed to ask questions or getting a proper understanding of my skin and the recommended products + their use. I think they know what they are doing and Zhara is extremely competent and knowledgeable. At the moment though, I am not sure I would go back for services or product. I don’t mind spending the money on quality care and product (which is not insignificant – it is part of my self care and I expect my care providers to be as invested in my treatment as I am), I do mind being treated like cattle.Ok, I am updating my review. from yesterday. Ok, I am updating my review. from yesterday. Ciera reached out to me and we had a great conversation about what happened. Ciera went above and beyond to understand the issue.
