Amazing customer service, my mom is 92 and Mary was wonderful and did a beautiful job on her hair and treated her so kindly. I had my hair colored and cut by Sam and I could not be happier. After years with another hairdresser the change was causing us anxiety, but the ladies here made us feel so comfortable and welcome and we love our hair!!

I’m new to the area and looked up salons near by and happened to see this salon, I just had my hair highlighted and cut by Stacey and everything was great! She’s very nice and asks questions to make sure she gets what you want done. Will definitely be going back to her

Just got my hair cut and highlighted by Krista and I love it! She always has style and brings it into her hair cuts. I have been going to Entourage for years and Krista and Stacy are my go to ladies for myself and my 2 young adult daughters. I highly recommend these to ladies for cuts and color or highlights.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI went to Entourage Salon with high expectations due to the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I had. The stylist didn’t listen to a word I said or the pictures I showed her. This of course left me beyond disappointed and upset. The color and highlights that I received were at best, something anyone could have done. Very blah and no contrast which is one of the things I asked for. They also started my experience by asking me to come in 2 hours after my appointment???? I went to Entourage Salon with high expectations due to the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I had. The stylist didn’t listen to a word I said or the pictures I showed her. This of course left me beyond disappointed and upset. The color and highlights that I received were at best, something anyone could have done. Very blah and no contrast which is one of the things I asked for. I had my haircut by Cathy and she did an amazing job!! I went from very long to short (just above my shoulders). Cathy was very comforting and would keep me informed on what she was doing throughout the cut. I highly reccomend this salon, as the staff are very professional and polite. Also, I called last minute and they were able to fit me in.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience until the other day when I walked in for a bang trim. I got assigned to Mary who was having a conversation with two other people at the time and seemed annoyed that I took her away from it, even apologizing to them right in front of me. She barely asked me what I wanted my bangs to look like, started pulling pieces of hair that weren’t even part of my bangs and cut them to that length. She only spent about three minutes on me and cut them way too short and left them blunt at the ends instead of going through to make sure they’re blended nicely. Overall I love this salon but would never get any service done by her again.

I have been here twice and my sister has been going for years. Her hair looked so fantastic, I gave it a try. Stacy gave me a new style and convinced me to keep my hair color the same. So glad I listened and let her work her magic. Everyone there is friendly and kind. I will keep going g back.
