Pretty good atmosphere. It’s very clean and I love that the chairs aren’t raggedy and ripped. My pedicure was good but my pedicures are never great! They always shape a couple of my toenails at an angle when I come here. The pedicure girl with the glasses isn’t the most personable but she does her job. My manicure looks good. They did it while I was getting my pedicure which, if you’re pressed for time, that’s good but I find they always miss things when it’s done like that.

I had a horrible experience the only reason I gave two stars is because of the pedicure that was great but look at my nails they couldn’t squeeze me in supposably they are appointment only even though it says walk-ins accepted I got there at 8:30 a.m. and according to their sign on their door they open at 9:00 a.m. but they couldn’t do a full set on my nails. Then after I get my pedicure done I was told that they may be able to squeeze me in the following day after I paid for this horrible nail polish job I was told that they didn’t have any appointments and they could set me for next week I work from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. everyday. I stayed awake just to get my nails done and this is what I had to deal with. I only went there because of all of the five star reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had I travel for work and I have went to several nail shops and several different cities and this was by far the worst experience. What a waste of my time I had to book an appointment and stay awake even longer to go to another nail shop.

This is the best nail salon in the Westbank. They’re the only ones I trust with my nails and time! They play great music and make great conversation. Andy & An do an amazing job and are serious about their work. They will not let you down. Absolutely love them

I visited this nail salon when it first opened with my sister and our first experience about a year or so go was just as amazing as the most recent. I’d moved away but recently came back which is why I stopped coming. My mom and I were looking for a place to go for a pedicure and manicure and I knew exactly where to go Andy’s! From the time we walked in to the time of our pedicures everyone was so nice! I also got my eyebrows waxed by Andy’s wife I think and was actually asked how I wanted them, I love my brows thick and that’s exactly what I got and the pedicure…perfection! I’m super sensitive about my feet…they’re ugly and I’m often weary of being talked about, I try to take care of them on my own but because of the military and my job I’ve been on my feet a-lot not once did I get any indication of feeling talked about or made to feel tension. The staff is amazing, super gentle and just all around great. My mom fell asleep during the experience because it’s so relaxing.Thank you for the amazing experience!

Showed up as a walk-in and got my eye brows waxed whilst my sister got her nails done – all in around one hour! Very nice and to-the-point staff that makes sure they’re doing what you actually want. The shop was impeccably clean and cute, with very appealing lighting and multiple semi-private areas for their different services.
