I got my nails done at this place yesterday and i wasn’t happy with the results. The lady doing my nails was sweet but they didn’t come out great, the nails had bubbles from the nail polish and the paint job was uneven. And now, only the next day, my “gel manicure” has already chipped and I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary. I wouldn’t come again.

I wish the old owners told me or posted that they’re no longer there anymore. I made apt for a pedicure n refill. I get there n it’s all new ppl. I felt so awkward I just wanted to leave but I didn’t wanna be rude. I went ahead and got the worst pedicure ever. She was rough with drilling my gel polish off. I just wanted to leave. My toes look horrible n I just noticed there’s no top coat. I won’t be going back.

I am so beyond disappointed. I’ve been going here for months and have been in love!!! First I was seeing Tracy and she was beyond amazing!! But she left. Then I started seeing Hannah. Also amazing. But she’s gone now too. I walked in today and legit every single staff member was different. Everyone I knew there didn’t exist. 1 woman started my toes and took 35 minutes just to take of my gel polish. And still didn’t get it off. She then started to cut my toe nails with a cuticle clipper! 14 years getting my nails done and have never seen this. I said ok I’m Done. Was getting ready to get out the chair and a young girl there said her mother would do it. I stayed. Her mom did a good job. But I was there for 1.5 hours just getting my toes done!!!! I was to scared to stay and get my nails done to so I left. I wish they would had told me they changed staff. This place was great but not anymore. wish i knew the old owners had left before walking in, i gave the new owners the benefit of the doubt. i was in there for almost two hours and i was not satisfied with the outcome of my nails. i got a simple manicure, just black nails no design nothing because they could not give me what i asked for . the woman doing my nails was sweet but i won’t be going again.
