From the time I walked in the door I knew it was going to be an amazing experience. I booked online and received a call before my appointment was approved. I was asked important questions and was told what to expect beforehand including what their cancellation policy was. Alex was my nail guru and I enjoyed every second. I was first impressed with the amazing smell. It was pure goodness. No chemical smell at all. I was asked to wash my hands and then escorted to a wonderfully comfy seat. I looked at swatches while my feet soaked and then was brought an assortment of large bath bombs to choose from for my experience. I was offered their seasonal cocktail or mock tail which was a beautiful cranberry and peach concoction that had me instantly relaxed. I had chosen the tier 3 pedicure which lasts 80-90 minutes and the time flew by. From the seasonal sugar scrub to the clay massage with hot towels followed by an amazing hot stone massage I was melting into the chair. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back. You know how to do it right

I found Enso on a whim and have never looked back! I don’t live in the area, but my husband is in school at UF. I’ve made a habit of making an appointment every time I visit. I love that it’s a “natural” salon that works primarily with natural nails. I’ve had some bad experiences with certain salons, but rest assured that everything here is actually clean and sanitized. No jets! No plastic bags! Plus, who doesn’t like a cocktail included with their service? I forgot to mention that the owner makes a lot of their scrubs and body butters! I typically spend around $200 for a mani/pedi, but no regrets. It’s worth it.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived (not knowing what to expect). Beautiful decor, homey atmosphere, comfortable, relaxing. The smell was heavenly. I was thoroughly pampered and taken care of by everyone there. Even though not advertised as a “spa” it was in many ways even more spa-like than spas I have been too. It has been a while since I left a nail appointment relaxed and wanting to go back.

First, I don’t blame the nail artist for this experience. She did the best she could, but honestly for $75 before tip this is not what I expected. A week or so before my appointment I sent in a picture of what I was hoping to get, and when I didn’t get a reply I sent it a second time when the salon reached out to me to reschedule my appointment, just to be sure the nail artist could do it and had an idea beforehand.

I absolutely loved my entire experience here and will never go to another nail salon in Gainesville again. I had a ton of events this year that I wanted to get my nails done for, and I went to 3 different nail salons in Gainesville prior to this one. Whether I got a gel mani or mani with dipping powder, my polish still chipped within a week. I’m so glad I found this place through a coworker.

I have heard great things about Enso and I have to say, the hype was totally worth it! It was by far one of the best salon experiences I have had. My nail tech, Lauren, was very kind and really made sure I was satisfied with the appearance of my nails before I left the salon. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that I got a complimentary drink of my choosing with my appointment which was a very nice touch. I will definitely be recommending this salon to others and I look forward to returning!

I’ve been here quite a few times on my own and loved the experience each time. The environment is relaxing and is not a typical nail salon atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and polite and do beautiful work.

It took me 2 years to find a good nail place and I finally found one! You get a complimentary drink with all appointments. Molly is so skilled and can do everything from geometric to character designs!!!! There also is a no kid policy which is totally understandable because a lot of women come here as a break from the kids. You do have to pay for polish removal but they do it so gently it doesn’t peel off the top few layers of you nails. Mine are still firm 3 appointments later! Totally would recommend this place. Anyone else saying otherwise is probably a Karen.

I have been coming to Enso every 6-8 weeks since they opened getting gel pedicures at each appointment. The cost is significantly higher but the products are better and the chemical smell is absent from the business, so I have continued giving them my business. The last time I came in at the end of June I brought my 3 month old baby. I had already been in once since she was born to get a pedicure, so I didn’t see how this was a problem. She slept for the majority of the appointment and maybe made one peep. The customers around were louder than she was. But at the end of my appointment after I paid and tipped, they informed me that I was not allowed to bring my baby back into the establishment. She suggested I leave her with someone else, a 3 month old- exclusively breastfed infant. Stating their policy was anyone under 12 cannot come use their services. I left my 9 year old with a sitter at home to come to this appointment. Certainly I didn’t think that pertained to a tiny baby who slept the whole time. I am SO disappointed in this small business who claims to support women. How can you support women if you don’t allow them to bring their infant who is reliant on them for their food?? I live in tioga and while the convenience of your location and quality of goods was excellent, I no longer will be giving you my business.

i was so excited when i visited Enso’s website and saw what they offered. the other places i went to for gel manis were overpriced and left my nails unhealthy and stained. when i went in i was greeted with smiling faces and the smell of essential oils. they had a wide selection of colors to choose from. my nail tech Dream was so nice. she gave me the most amazing experience and left my nails, hands, and arms feeling refreshed. i was in so much pain from taking acrylics off when i went in but when i came out i felt so relieved and relaxed. i will definitely be coming back. and u can’t forget about ordering one of their drinks!
