Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was really excited to come here. This business seemed clean, individualized, and offered a lot of services. I thought the price of $55 for gel was a bit high but expected great service to go along with that. I was really really disappointed. First, 20 minutes before my booked appointment I got a call letting me know the nail tech schedule was sick and wasn’t coming in. We rescheduled for later that same day, but I was a little irritated for calling so late. Got there with a smile, sat down IN THE DARK and my new scheduled tech seemed rushed, kind of frantic, and not set up. No big deal, I sit down and look through colors. NEXT out my color under the single lamp on the work desk and the nail tech says she can’t find the color. So I pick another color I was definitely not in love with but felt pressured and rushed to pick. THIRD she cut me when doing my cuticles. FOURTH no hand massage, no parabin wax that I scheduled with my appointment, no removal or calluses on feet, no foot massage. I also booked an eyebrow wax and was rushed out the door right after my pedicure because they double booked themselves and so no eyebrow wax for me. I was really excited to come here. This business seemed clean, individualized, and offered a lot of services. I thought the price of $55 for gel was a bit high but expected great service to go along with that. I was really really disappointed.
