I had gone to Enlighten to get some botox. At that visit I had won $300.00 off of filler from the Allie app. So I bought one syringe at the time to get the deal. I was told that I could purchase more filler if needed at the time of my filler appointment. When I went in for my filler, I talked to Claire about where to have it injected. She said that it would be good to start with the nasolabial folds around my mouth and that the one syringe would be enough for that area. So that is what we did.

The staff and the clinic was nice, but my review is more or less a reflection of my results from the procedure I had done. I decided to try their Viveve bladder treatment after first consulting with them and them setting some very promising expectations. I realIze results vary from person to person, but I would say there has been a 0% difference, in fact things have just continued to regress. Not at all what I was expecting since they spoke so highly of this new and innovative procedure.

Last February was my first visit to this clinic and the doctor injected me with several units of botox and I was pleased. Exactly two weeks ago, I went back to the clinic to get another Botox treatment and the experience was very unpleasant. This time an aesthetician injected me and when she did it right around my eyes they swellep up and bruised. The aesthetician said that was a normal reaction and she was sure that in 15 minutes I would be fine, it lasted 13 days. Exactly after two weeks they called me and when I told the aesthetician who contacted me, about my bad experience, she said “I am sorry, next time you should make an appointment with the doctor”. Very dissappointed.

Both my daughter and I have been coming here for a year. Whitney is wonderful. She has been doing our laser treatments. We first had gone to a consultation at Ideal Image and I nearly died when they quoted us over $12,000 for laser hair removal! And immediately got us pre qualified and ready to start is that day. They were very pushy, calling weekly after our consultation to get us back in there. So I started to ask around at the spa I worked at and my aesthetician friends. That’s how I ended up here. Have had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing place and staff!! I’ve been coming here for over a year for laser hair removal and can’t say enough good things about my experience. They have always been great and professional with all of my appointments. I’ve seen such a drastic change and rarely have to shave. It literally has saved me oodles of time. I had laser hair removal done here and my only regret is that I didn’t go to Enlighten Laser sooner. The girls there made me feel very comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend them to any of my friends. They offer much more than hair removal and I look forward to trying some of their other services.

Hair removal failure. I was convinced to sign an 18-month contract to “completely remove all of the hairs.” I’m at the end of that 18 months and there is still a TON of hair there. For the last 6 months I was telling each technician each time that I was unhappy with how many hairs remained and each time she said she’d do her best to get rid of them. It was on my last appt that the girl actual grabbed the doctor to take a look. She then promised me that she’d leave a good note in my file so everyone knows the “correct” setting to have the machine at for my skin. Why wasn’t this done during the first appointment? Also, if you are hoping to have the same person each time, don’t go here. I had a total of 6 different technicians during my 18 month stint.
