The staff pushes for the most expensive pedicure even if you say no and want the basic. They also tried to say they gave me a gel pedicure and charge me for it but it was just a basic with regular polish. Never saw the nail tech again until she jumped up to wait for a tip as I paid. Used to meet a friend here and had great pedicures but I wasn’t too impressed tonight.

I don’t recommend this place it all, the don’t respect the appointment time and they say they are going to attend you in 5 minutes…I spent 20 minutes just waiting for someone to be available and the keep saying 5 more minutes, they are short of people and no nice at all!

It was pretty nice in there. I do suggest making an appointment ,, just in case, or you’ll might be waiting a minute. The lady I had was good. I got the basic ped, it was fast and quick. I do wish she had warmed the stones more and dug deep into my callus. Other than that, it was great !

I thought this place was good, but after 2 times of making me wait over an hour when I had an appointment and then the lady who sits to the left Mimi being rude to me because I wanted my acrylic color changed was enough for me to say no more. Not to mention everytime I pick a color from their samples the colors always look totally different. I’m over it.

Went Saturday right at 9am was the first one there. Signed in had to sit down for 10 mins while the workers just sit there. Because I didn’t get a pedicure they didn’t rush to start me. 3 more people came in and they started them quick and they were walk ins as well. They finally ask me to take a seat to start my nails & she starts them. One of the girls that was getting her toes done was finished and wanted her nails done too so the lady who started mine glued it and said “let them sit “ she started the other girls and finished hers while I waited forever to get mine finished. She stopped doing mine to start another lady. 2 other workers decided to do nails when more people came in. It was the day of my baby shower and I was running late because I stayed at the salon for 3 hours!! Still overcharged for having me wait forever. Very disappointed

Showed up at 9:30AM as a walk in for a full set. Sign on the window says walk ins welcome. My cousin came with me and had a full manicure done and dried in an hour and once she was finished I was told “sorry our next appointment showed up”. So they pretty much were going to make me wait who knows how much longer for a full set. I left. I am very aware that scheduling an appointment is the best route but this was a last minute decision and since they “accept walk ins” I figured all would be fine. They are not properly staffed to accept walk ins so don’t waste your time if you don’t have an appointment. Also, the place could have used some cleaning.
