I have been a loyal customer of Enjoy Nails since 2009. This past week, I had an appointment at 6:30. When I got there Yen had someone in her chair that she had just started, the lady had the tips on and they hadn’t even been cut down yet. I sat down and waited, no one acknowledged me to even say that Yen was running behind. (That is not unusual for these ladies, they really aren’t very friendly) I sat there for 30 minutes., still no one said anything to me. Finally I got up at exactly 7:00 and walked out. 30 minutes without being acknowledged is not right for any business. If my loyalty doesn’t mean anything to them, then it doesn’t mean anything to me either. There are many other places out there. They can be sure that they will not hear from me again. And I will spread the word. Rudeness is unacceptable! They got one star only because I had to give them something or it wouldn’t let me post this.

Not sure about all of the techs here, but the gentleman that did my nails was SUPER agressive while doing my nails. It was like he was angry before I got there l and took it out on his customers.

Critical: PunctualityI had an appointment time for 5pm and wasn’t seen until 5:40, even though It wasn’t that busy. I was told they don’t do any solid colors when I asked for a basic design. I wouldn’t have written a review if it wasn’t for the fact I made an appointment time, and wasted 40 minutes just to find out they dont do what I need. The techs were friendly enough, but it is unreasonable to wait 40 minutes past an appointment time on a slow day. I wouldn’t have written a review if it wasn’t for the fact I made an appointment time, and wasted 40 minutes just to find out they dont do what I need. I don’t know why this place has bad reviews!! I went here to get my nails done for my engagement photo shoot and had them done by Kim (who apparently people have had bad experiences with?). I had a wonderful experience at the place- the salon was very clean, but most importantly the service I received from Kim was impeccable. I was so impressed by the time she took to make my nails perfect and exactly as I wanted them. This place is incredibly reasonably priced as well- she charged me $40 for an entire gel acrylic set with a matte top coat. I highly recommend this place! Don’t listen to the negative reviews below!!

I tried them for the first time n the lady kim who did my nails was beyond rude with me. She was super fast n quite rough ok no big deal… but when she attempted to put oil on my nails for me to go wash I knew she was done filing them… yet 4 nails where majorly crooked still. so I politely asked to use the file to make them stright prior to the oil n washing etc… I was told that I’m to picky of a costumer and that I should try other salons in the area because she doesn’t want my business I was set back n felt disrespected I asked her why would u tell me that as a new costomer??? I shower her how crooked they where and she told me that I was the first customer in her 15 years of doing nails that asked her to use the file as she waved it in my face… I’m not picky or snobbish… I was respectful the whole time… I engaged her in friendly conversation n gave many compliments about the cleanliness and appearance of the salon… I will never ever go to this nail salon again and now neither will my 3 aunts, my mother, my grandmother or Many Many friends…

I’ve been here multiple times with my girls. Nice establishment. I get a shellac mani with a pedicure. Overall good experience. Two different women have done my mani and it only lasts when the young lady does it.
