Angela was 10/10 I definitely recommend. She was very attentive to the spots that had a lot of tension or knots. She asked questions about focus points, pressure, and comfort level. Her Technique was precise and she took her time working out the knots. She took it nice and slow! I’ve had massages on the beach in Mexico and this massage definitely topped it for sure.

I made an appointment for a couples massage but upon arrival they argued that I didn’t have an appointment and refused to take us. I showed her where I in fact did call them to make the appointment the day before. The front desk person was very rude to me.

Every massage here leaves me feeling prepared for my physically and mentally demanding job the following day. After one phone call they remember your massage preferences every time. The facilities are clean and they do not offer any services that degrade the dignity of the well trained masseuses on staff.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI used to frequent this spa and had been a client since 4 years ago when I first came here. I loved it enough to come back for years, but my recent experience will be my last. I booked a couples massage with my boyfriend. He’s never been or even had a massage so I recommended us to do a couples massage here because I’ve only had great experiences in the past. My last time before recent had been maybe a year now since the pandemic. Anyways, I called to reschedule my appointment because my boyfriend got held up at work. The man who took the call was not professional and commented “are you sure?” after I had rebooked for the same time the next day. Shortly after, I’m just getting back to my car when a woman calls me to complain that I am late to my appointment. I said I already came in to reschedule but she misunderstood me and had said “it’s better if you cancel”. At this point, I’m livid. I already rescheduled and both people were rude which was so unlike the old staff and any experience I ever had. I came in next day for my massage and it was subpar. It was the most lackluster massage I’ve ever gotten. I was so disappointed because it used to be my go to massage spa. It wasn’t relaxing and the employees had conversations in a different language as they massaged us. Funny how it was the 2 who were rude to me the day before. My boyfriend was nice about it but he was expecting more since I hyped it up. I’m sad that such a nice establishment went down in quality. Winnie did a awesome job . The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my session was for 90 minutes but she only did 70 minutes.. I was suppose to get 30 minutes for feet and 60 minutes for body for $90.. but I got 20 minutes for feet and 50 minutes for body massage. And of course still charged $90 .. also u could hear the person entire conversation in the next room. My focus area was not focused on.
