Francesco was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I came here to get my hair done for my wedding and after a mandatory consultation we came to a mutual understanding of what i wanted for my big day. He gave me instructions for how to care for my hair the night before so the outcome would be better! When the day came we all had an amazing time talking and creating such a beautiful piece of art together, it was such an amazing experience. I will never forget this amazing experience!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I walked in with my daughter and a picture for her to use as reference. There was no consultation of product and service or disclosure of price. The finished product was absolutely hideous! I asked her what I owe, and was shown the price of $445, I was shocked. After 40 minutes of stating my displeasure and Katia saying this is her work, I pay this! I asked the other stylist to help me find a compromise as Katia doesn’t speak much English. After they convened, the other stylist looked at my daughter’s hair, I could see she was uncomfortable, she stated “I understand but she’s the owner, there is nothing I can do” I was given a discounted price of $332.70, I was extremely upset and just wanted to leave. Under duress, I paid the price and left!

I know Katia and Francesco from Italy, I really love how they work and they’re the only people I trust them when we’re talking about hair! The atmosphere is lovely, and even if the owners are Italian there’s no problem with the communication thanks to their translators, all the staff is awesome. The prices are almost on the same page with the whole island, maybe a little more expensive but the experience, the products and the Italian techniques make the difference! I loved my custom cut. Katia gave me the hair I have always wanted, but couldn’t convey it to other stylists. She listened and worked with the waves I had, and I am satisfied. But as with any “custom cut,” there is a price. I didn’t expect my cut to be less than what I imagined, but you get what you pay for. I have no regret. Stefano was great being the translator.
