Massage Therapist
Therapeutic Massage (sessions 30 minutes and up) A customized massage to target stressed muscles, unlock tension, and relieve pain. Swedish, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular techniques may be used based on your choice.
Post Lipo Lymphatic Drainage (45 minute session) A much needed treatment after lipo surgery. It reduces the swelling and tightness due to the procedure. Usually done in a weekly series for extended time during the healing process.
Prenatal Massage (sessions 30 minutes and up) Designed for expecting mothers to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with pregnancy.
Hot Stone (1 hour session) Warm stones are glided over the body. Wonderful for sore muscles and comfort.
Couples Massage – please note all couples sessions must be booked in advance and are not accepted as walk-ins A one hour massage for two people whether it’s for you and your special someone or maybe a friends day out, Must be booked in advance.
Polarity Treatment (1 hour 15 minute session) Soothing light targeted touching based on the energy patterns in you body. Done clothed.
Basic Chakra Balancing (1 hour 15 minute session) Ayruvedic treatment using light touch to help realign the chakras. Done clothed.
Shiatsu (sessions 30 minutes and up) Japanese form of bodywork traditionally done clothed while lying on a floor mat.
Foot Treatment (30 minute session) Special attention to your feet with a salt scrub, warm towels and foot massage. Can be added to your massage, or by itself.

Ms. Linda is very knowledgeable and very professional. I messed up my shoulder working and could not seem to get any relief. Booked services and by the time I left I was actually able to breath.
