Each month I look forward to her massage making all the aches, knots and tension disappear. When my upper back is tight, I have had cupping and that is such an amazing feeling when done. During one massage she noticed an issue with my Achilles which did need to be addressed through PT. When I leave my appointment, I am on cloud 9. I started going to Heather well over a year ago as a well deserved time for me. Each month I look forward to her massage making all the aches, knots and tension disappear. When my upper back is tight, I have had cupping and that is such an amazing feeling when done. During one massage she noticed an issue with my Achilles which did need to be addressed through PT. I absolutely love Heather and the work that she does. I started seeing her due to some neck/upper back pain caused by stress. After one visit, I felt so much better. So now I see her weekly for 30 minutes. As a runner and triathlete, I need my body to be in prime condition when I race so if there is ever an ache or pain from training, I tell Heather and it’s fixed. I’m also a busy mom so I enjoy time to destress and pamper myself. Because, I deserve it. I highly recommend English Valley and Heather!
