First off Crystal is amazing! I love this salon as well. The whole vibe is beautiful. I love that Crystal gets you in at your appointment time. NO WAITING! And you are out at the time set online for the appointment. She explains what she is doing and why if you ask her. She also goes above and beyond. I got my hair done 2 weeks ago and it started pouring down raining while we were finishing up. I didn’t have an umbrella and thought I’d just have to wait it out. Nope! Crystal had a huge umbrella at the front door to walk clients out to their car just for times like this. I’ve never had that happen anywhere else. It’s the small things like this that set this shop apart from all the rest. You will not be disappointed with your time and money spent here.

Charnelle is THEE BEST! She gave me a curly cut and made my curls POP! She even showed me what she was doing so that I’d be able to do it myself at home. My wash and go lasted so long and I was able to recreate it with the amazing products she suggested! I can’t wait to go back and see how my hair has grown!

I booked with Jc/Jasmine because she is apparently the only one who does rollers versus flat irons. The salon is nice and most stylists seemed pleasant, but not Jc. She arrived to the salon after my appointment time and had no personality or customer service skills at all. I was hoping for a stylist who was into healthy hair but she never said one word about my hair or its condition. In fact, she never said one word about anything other than commands, such as “You can sit at my chair,” “You can go to the bowl.” And “You can go to the dryer.” She had a limited selection of rollers and didn’t even own the size that I wanted, which is odd as the only one in the salon who who does rollers and rods. And when it was time to pay, she assumed I was giving her a $15 tip. For WHAT??? She asked “Do you want any change? How much?” As if she had done anything to even earn a tip. Then she didn’t have change but wanted me to pay with cash or otherwise was planning to charge me a 2% convenience fee. Since I didn’t want to pay it and she didn’t have change, she forced ME to go get change, which resulted in her not getting a tip at all! When did getting change become the responsibility of the customer? One of my worst salon experiences so far. Book at your own risk!
