I would say they cater to regulars or “friends first”. I went in around 720 to get really early in line because it says they open at 8. Well they were already cutting hair and 10 people in front of me on the waiting list, but no ones inside. Long story short, as people come in to get their hair cut, I’m still waiting patiently. After about an hour of the barbers doing their thing while also joking and talking to customers they are not currently working on. No wonder you have to wait a while… I’m sure their cuts on the head and beard are great and they do a good job. I’ve never had the opportunity to find out. I crossed my name off, left, and no one said a word, like I was nothing. Good business model I guess if you have your loyal customers coming back. I’m not waiting only to not be treated like the others that casually came in and started laughing and talking loud with the barbers. I get conversation is part of it, but theirs was kinda extreme as well as not a welcoming experience for a first timer.

Excellent customer service. I brought my 2 boys here one is 10 and the other is 3 years old. El Catrin and OD were very professional, did a great job and were very efficient. I would recommend this barbershop to anyone who is looking for a quality haircut. They are also very talented if you like special designs.

My barber is Angel, he is very professional and talented no to mention very friendly, he makes you feel comfortable. The place is really clean and manly, honestly it’s a nice relaxing atmosphere.
