So this is probably going to be my 5th, or 6th time going in to this facility. My husband drives the extra mile for us due to great product’s used, the service, also the quality of customer care. Usually last me almost 2 weeks of a nice tan. The lady is amazing she did my tan before my wedding & I would definitely recommend my friend’s my family if looking for a great last spray tan. The only thing is I do believe the lady does not do the tanning on the weekends, however catch her during the week & she will get you in mostly that day! Just would also like to point out this product used in my experience has not turned me orange( More of a purple base) I am quite educated when it comes to spray tanning & the products that she uses is top-of-the-line today after my spray tan I will upload my before & after pictures. ❤️

The salon is clean and well kept, tanning beds are a little outdated but gets the job done. I signed up the 24th of March for the most expensive monthly package ($60+ a month). I had bought tanning lotion online for $40 cheaper than what they sell in store and when I showed up to tan after purchasing my lotion the owner asked where I bought my lotion and so I told her I got it online because it was cheaper. She stated that she does give the members a 40% discount, I responded that it was still cheaper online. She then proceeded to claim that I dont support her business because I didn’t buy lotion from her, I went ahead and did my tanning session and before I left I approach her and let her know that I do support her business or else I would not be tanning there, she just smiled and said have a good day. I found this extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I only had my membership for 2 weeks and paid for the month but feel extremely uncomfortable going back.. As a business owner myself that provides a service and sells retail, I would NEVER make my client’s feel uncomfortable coming to my establishment because they purchase product elsewhere. She lost $60+ a month from me over lotion..

Staff was rude. I called to get info about spray tans (how much, what product do they use, how they apply etc). The person I talked to was rushing me and told me to come into the store to ask questions. I said that I was on the phone here and now asking questions and she told me “fine but you’ll have to wait bc I have customers”. Well you just lost a potential one to people who are probably already clients. Haven’t gone in and don’t plan on it.
