I’ve come to this salon twice so far. I made an appointment both times, and I must say I’m impressed. The staff has offered me a beverage while getting serviced. You check-in via the tablet upon arrival. Today I waited only about 5-10 minutes to be seated. Ben did my full set while Eleanor did my pedicure. Both nail techs asked my comfort to ensure I wasn’t in any pain because I had a brace on my arm. My total time spent during this visit was 1 hour and 20 minutes. To put the icing on the cake, Ben walked me to my car with her umbrella because she didn’t have a client yet and it started to rain heavily as I was leaving. It’s little details that make customer service here top tier! I will be coming back. I love it here!!!!

Yesterday was my first time going to endless nails. I had a great experience, as soon as I walked in I was talking to a chair. Hana did my nails and trust me I needed a new set from the previous place I went to, but I didn’t really have the money to do a new set at the time so she fixed them and I’m so happy with her work, she took her time and didn’t rush even though I was a walk in. I will definitely go back. Everyone was pleasant an overall great experience. I FOUND MY NEW PLACE!!!!

Drove about and hour to this location and it did not disappoint! The gentlemen named nick did my pedicure and took his sweet time and paid attention to detail. My pedicure was relaxing and I enjoyed the pampering part especially when he got me a goooood margarita. As far as my full set Ms. Tracy did not come to play! I waited a few days to post just to make sure the set is able to last and they look as if I just got them done today! ( some locations their sets be looking a week old after two days). I did a classic French set with a twist and she stenciled butterflies. She’s a straight up artist! They look perfect. The total amount for services were about 135 a bit pricier but worth it for sure! Will definitely be back again.

I have been going to this nail shop for 5 years.. I have been through 3 owners but Traci has been the most unprofessional. She is always behind on her appointments. So I started going to Ben, Ben is better with her appointments but it has been numerous times when I had an appointment and had to wait 15/20 minutes. Saturday was the last straw I made an appointment and arrived 10 minutes before only to be told after waiting 15 minutes that Ben was 40 minutes behind and could I would wait I refused being that I was not a walk in. If you want nice nails and don’t mine unprofessionalism and your appointment being ignored I recommend this nail shop for you. But they won’t get another $ out of me

Left my shoes on accident because I walked out with the temp slippers. I called & notified them that I left my shoes & asked to hold it for me until it’s time to come in again (in 2-3 weeks) they assured me they would… It’s not uncommon to leave behind shoes at a nail salon so I don’t think it’s an unreasonable expectation to keep my shoes safe… fast forward to today & they don’t have my shoes! Their excuse was that a customer could of stole it!???? Really?? I doubt that. There’s ways to avoid theft/dishonesty when retrieving a lost item. Very disorganized & careless set of people.

John & Megan are awesome, always great work that LASTS!! Shellac mani lasts 3 weeks, shellac pedi easily 5-6 weeks (the first pictures are my shellac mani, the last picture is @ 4 weeks, no lifting or peeling)

The “premium” pedicures are rushed and the bottom of my feet don’t look like I had anything done to them at all. The nail techs rush also. The only one that can do nails is Tracy. Everybody else does sloppy rushed work. Nails are lumpy and the finish product looks horrible. They also talk about you right in front of your face, laugh and talk in general NON STOP. The only one that can do nails is Tracy. Everybody else does sloppy rushed work. Nails are lumpy and the finish product looks horrible. They also talk about you right in front of your face, laugh and talk in general NON STOP. I’ll never go back and I will NOT recommended my friends or family to go either.
