I haven’t been to a salon since I moved to Arizona and the dry weather was taking a toll. So I searched for someone who could help. I was impressed right off the bat with the upfront and forthright website which explained in detail and listed cost for the various applications available. The process to make a reservation was straightforward, and completed with little confusion. On the day of the appointment, Ms. CeCe was pleasant and only happy to explain her process and procedures to me. My hair was beautifully done with experience and efficiency. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

So I booked an appointment for my daughter with a completely different person who turned out to be a scam artist . After explaining everything to Ms.Cece, her and her niece calmed me down (because I’m pregnant & emotional with a big event coming up). Not only did they give me advice on how to get my deposit back I sent to that person, but they took my daughter in last minute and was able to do the exact style I wanted. I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am for Ms.Cece, even though this wasn’t her problem she and her niece went above and beyond for my situation. I would gladly recommend her services to anyone, they were efficient, professional and very nice to us. 10/10 service!

I have been going to Cecelia for about a year now since I moved to AZ. When I first started going to her, I had to have a big chop. I’ve been coming back every few months for a trim and my hair is now longer than when I got it cut! It’s hard to find a stylist you trust, so I’m very happy tho have found her! Haircut

I have been going to Endless Creations Salon for many years now and I always enjoy my experience. Miss Cece does a fabulous job on my hair. She truly cares about me and my hair. When I was upset about my hair not growing as I would like it to she told me about new ways I could do my hair that would make it start to grow. I listened to her advice and now my hair has begun to grow again. I love going to Endless Creations Salon because it is very welcoming enviromnent, this company honestly cares about the customer, which is why I will continue to come here for years to come.

She over booked and then rushed through my process and after neutralizing my hair she put some type of hair set gel to stiffing my hair. My hair looked like a bad perm walking out of there. After the process was done she TOLD me she was going to take a picture for her photo book instead of asking me . So rude ! I tried to get a hold of her but no such luck. All I asked for was a Phone call nothing. I had to leave out of town for a funeral and when I tried to reach her for a consult she would not return my calls. I talked to another hair dresser and she said CeeCee shouldn’t have put hair set gel on my hair for 72 hrs that’s what messed my hair up. 2 days ago, I had my first visit to Endless Creations and I know it won’t be the last! I ordered a press and curl to start. Throughout the process, Mrs. Cece was polite, knowledgeable, timely, professional, and friendly. My hair looks and feels amazing. Signing up for the Hair for Life program was the best decision I have made. The program allows me to get my hair done several times a year at a affordable monthly price. This benefit allows me to fly down to Arizona every 3 or 4 months to have Mrs. Cece do my hair and spend time with family and friends! During the year with the hair for life program I have received 4 weave installations with a deep conditioning treatment every appontment. Discounts on great quality hair, products and 2 free trims are also given! If you have any questions regarding services Mrs. Cece and her staff will take care of you!

Extremely disappointing experience. I was excited to find someone that does the Gina curl in Arizona. So I added myself to the wait list. The next day , someone from this establishment texted me stating that their name is Jay, and they are Ms. Cece’s client services manager. They asked me which service I wanted I said the Gina Curl, they sent me a link letting me know I needed to pay a $75 consultation fee. They said once I paid I should send them a screenshot and tell them what day I would like to book my consult. I paid the consultation fee , and when I went to look at how much it charged me it charge me $225 . Somehow I was charged $75 three times ! I immediately told the client services manager that way they could refund the additional charges . They didn’t respond to me. Then I decided to email them. Still no response. Then I sent another text and another . They completely disappeared. For about 3 days now I haven’t heard back from them. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before giving them anything . They basically just stole my money. Someone else in the reviews also went through something similar and had to contact their bank to get their money back . This is very bad business practices and makes you guys seem very scammy. I suggest if you are a new client go to the location in person and pay in person and make sure they schedule you for whatever you paid for. DONOT and I repeat DONOT pay online .
