Today is June 21st 2019 and It’s been over a week now and im still waiting for a phone call back from Becky or Jim (the owners) about the $132.00 taken out of my bank account and i never even went tanning! I’ve always been a good customer and I would appreciate a call back!!

Service was good, but customer satisfaction poor. I had gone to get the Brightening of teeth and was told teeth would get 2 to 8 shades whiter. Was not told ‘there are no guarantees”. Was told by the manager that other experiences had worked even going to the 8 shades brighter. My results were maybe…maybe 1 shade, ( I don’t even think that), managers comment to me was that my teeth are brighter not whiter….. I was very disappointed. When I had called back the next day, I was only offered a whitening pen, but feeling this was not a fair justification, I refused and explained this was not satisfactory. After calling back one week later looking for any justification I now said I would take the whitening pen only to be told that they are all gone and there was nothing else they could do. Still to this day, nothing has been offered for customer satisfaction. I have never posted a bad review for anyone, but I do believe in customer satisfaction.

I went in for a spray tan for my college graduation. The woman working the front desk was very knowledgeable on what shade I should go for (I have VERY pale skin and my hair is a white blonde, I didn’t want to look “fake”). She asked if I wanted a bronzing or clear spray and explained the difference as well as assisting me on making a choice. She even took me into the room and explained the prepping steps clearly as well as showing me the poses expected. Today my tan looks great! Very well done and hopefully I can return after this one fades.
