i absolutely LOVE this place. the beds are amazing + everything is very clean. they offer many different services + their prices are good. but the BEST part of my experience in the past few months has been the service. the secretary (kayla) is the sweetest, most helpful person i’ve ever encountered in a tanning salon. she has went above + beyond to help me and she is always very kind. i’ve had bad experiences in the past with businesses like this but she has made my whole entire experience amazing + i will continue to use Encore. i would HIGHLY recommend.(:

Drove over on a Sunday around 1pm from Wellsboro to get a gift certificate for someone. Their answering machine and online says they are open till 4pm Saturday and Sunday but the sign in the window says there closed. I hope their tanning bed’s run better than their sales and advertising department.

Nice place to tan, but dont leave your card numbers with them..and read the fine print..because your “3” month auto pay membership, turns into 4 if you dont cancel your “3” month membership…and they refuse to credit your bank account back, even after they over draft it..
