I have had a few haircuts from this place and 2 different stylist. Amber is great and professional. Cut and colored my hair exactly how I wanted even with my bad description. On the other hand, I’ve had my hair cut 3 times by Theresa and every single time she has either not given me what I wanted or has done badly. For context I have gotten masculine cuts as a girl. There are great people there but I would avoid Theresa if you want a masculine cut as a lady.

The salon treated me like I was a VIP The service was excellent and it was greatto see that when a elderly client would pull up someone ran out to the curb and helped them to a seat in the salon. Every client including myself was treated like they were the most important person there. I left my color, cut, and highlights up to Theresa and I loved what she did. I highly recommend them!!!!

My experience at in Encore studio, I asked for someone who doesn’t mind cutting long hair because it seems to be an issue because I have thick long hair. The girl who cut my hair said she has cut hair for six years. No style whatsoever! My haircut was uneven as if she was giving me a mohawk on top and then a Joe dirt haircut in the back. Not a happy customer. The shop was dirty.
