Spa pedicure was amazing. Facial with Karen was exceptional. The staff was friendly but I can’t give them a 5 stars because the woman who gave a massage gave me a 45 min massage and said it was an hour. When I told her the time, she said she was sure vs acknowledging that she skipped out on 25% of what I was paying for. She aslo put like no pressure and it was disappointing. I told her that I had massages before when I was pregnant but she refused to put barely any pressure on, not sure what the point of the massage was at that point. I’ll be back for a facial…and Mani/Pedi but never again for a massage.

Need 50 stars for Karen. I made appointment for dermaplaning, found Encore on google and pricing seemed to be a bit better than elsewhere locally. I went in expectating dermaplaning, but WOW! I got an entire experience! Facial, arm and neck massage, red light therapy… completely amazing and over and above my expectations by miles. Will be back regularly to see Karen, she is incredible. Treat yourself and go see her!

Friendly Welcoming Staff and Environment. Every time I call to make an appointment or go into the salon I feel welcome. They really listen to what you want out of your experience and I could not be happier with my last visit. I colored my hair for the first time, naturally medium dark brown hair with gray hair and grey patches. I told Jess that I was looking to go dark with red undertones and she explained everything to me, showed me a book with colors and what we could do. Her recommendation was so on point, I was so exstatic with how my hair turned out. I would recommend seeing any one of these ladies.

Wow! Me and my sister in law received our first ever facials today from Karen and it was such a phenomenal experience! Our skin felt so good and glowing and we both felt so peaceful afterwards. I cannot wait to go back again!

I had my wedding day hair updo and makeup done at Encore. They were fantastic, and did an amazing job on both myself and my bridesmaids. They let us bring in bagels to eat while we were waiting for the rest of our group to finish up, which was really nice. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service or the results, and would highly recommend Encore to anyone.

Marissa did my makeup for my wedding day and Amy my hair, they both did such an amazing job! It was a very hot day (93degrees) and my hair and makeup held up so well through sweat, tears and a cake fight! Not only did they create what I had imagined perfectly they where two great people to spend your wedding day! Amy helped entertain and hang out with my 5 year old daughter who she also did such an amazing job on her hair that lasted all night and day. Marissa did a last minute walk through with me of my venue and was helping me carry things and add last minute details. I will now always go to these two when I have an event or a friend or family member has a wedding!
