I recently went to Encore Salon with high hopes. I wanted my hair cut, a few inches taken off. I saw Allie, who was a complete sweetheart, but my hair is so choppy and uneven. I didn’t notice it until today when I washed my hair for the first time since my cut, and blow-dried it. It should have been a fairly simple cut, I have pin straight hair that is fairly thin, and I requested a cut that was very simple. My requested cut was just a haircut with no face framing or layers. Very simple. I am extremely disappointed, and even more disappointed because to get it fixed I will need to take at least another inch off.

I come here to sharpen the shears for the girls, but I’ve just got to say….. Kim has a wonderful place here.
