Absolutely amazing experience here my first time, Kerri was kind, attentive, and made my hair look absolutely amazing. She was so easy to work with and so friendly! I will definitely be back in her chair in six weeks. Love to give my stylists free range and she ran with it, an amazing copper color, beautiful haircut, and friendly service, for a very reasonable price. The whole salon is gorgeous and staff was super friendly and inviting! Highly recommend Kerri (I hope thats how you spell it) and the whole experience!

Great salon! As a mixed race woman, my hair grows very slow and I’ve been growing it out for years. I’ve been to so many salons and repeated that I only wanted a trim for my dead ends- only to leave with ridiculous lengths chopped off. At Encore, the hairdresser, Kelly, only cut off my dead ends and evened out my hair. It looked amazing! I have gone to her for the past year and a half. Now my hair is much longer and healthy looking! I highly recommended this salon!

I recently got married this Fall and I paid for my entire bridal party to have their hair done at this establishment. Everyone’s hair looked perfect and exceeded my expectations… while being far less expensive than Richmond prices. Everyone’s hair stayed in place throughout the day and did not slip down or fall out. Amazingly, they use a hair spray that has firm hold without looking like a shell on your head so everyone looked ethereal and lovely. The girls loved their ‘looks’ and that made it even more impressive… A full party of happy ladies with no complaints!
