I got my nails done 2-3-22. My nail cracked 2-7-22. This was after having dip powder on my nails. My mother also went to get her nails done. She came back Friday 2-11-22 when we returned from out of town to get her nail fixed. They “fixed” it and by Monday 2-14-22 it was broken again. Which means it didn’t get fixed properly. We received poor customer service when we returned to get our nails fixed. The young lady at the front desk named Emily was very nasty and rude. She started speaking to the nail tech Henry and he stopped speaking in English and started speaking another language so we wouldn’t understand what he was saying. Emily tried to justify it being his native language and that was easier for him to speak. However I’ve been here a few times and Henry speaks English when it suits him. Emily tried to justify this being America and a melting pot. She also argued with my mother. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend just for the customer service alone. It’s said that this is the way we were treated. If I could give them negative stars I would.

This was mine and my daughter’s first visit to the salon. Jimmy did my nails and pedicure and Jenny did my daughter’s pedicure. Both of them did a fantastic job even with us being under a time constraint. My daughter is very picky and hard to please. Highly recommend. I’ve been here twice now. My girls both had their nails done here and they did an amazing job! The nails stayed on and were strong for over 5 weeks. Prices are reasonable for great work. I had the stress facial today and it was beyond amazing! I can’t wait to go back for another one! This will be our “go to” for nails and facials from now on!
