My favorite salon! Very clean and sanitary. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and the staff makes you feel like family. I am always well taken care of and informed up front of the service, time frame, & $$. My nails are always amazing. The team at Encore takes the time to make sure I leave happy. If I ever chip or break a nail, they happily take me in for a quick repair. I always feel welcome and I appreciate the Encore team trying out any of my crazy ideas. I can bring in a thought or pic of an idea and they make it come to life. Especially Tuyen, her artistry is unmatched! Most of all they listen and take the time to do a great job. My nails usually last 3+ weeks minimum, which is unheard of. The last set lasted me 6 weeks and through 2 different weddings. I’m over 2 weeks on this new set and still going strong. The quality of work and product make such a difference. I’m a customer for life!

The guy who did my nails was very rough, cut my cuticles and filed extremely harshly. Seemed like he didn’t want to be doing nails. He offered to do a fill on dip (not a thing) and i had to firmly say no, it needs to be removed as dip lasts a maximum of 3 weeks. He did no base coat powder, his technique otherwise was okay. Filed it unevenly though, and my nails are thick and weird. I wasn’t even given cuticle oil. I won’t be going back unfortunately i didn’t like my experience & for $45 my manicure should look way better & have been a pleasant experience not a painful one. I won’t be back. EDIT: the manicure didn’t even last 3 days, the edges started lifting and broke off on 2-3 nails on each hand. This doesn’t even happen after 3 weeks usually. I posted a picture because that’s not normal. Extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend getting dip here at all unless you want to waste your money.

I just came in today for the first time and I absolutely loved my experience. Tuyen was so awesome! She’s really nice and funny, and takes her time to make your nails look amazing! She also took into consideration that I have sensitive nails, so she was gentle when drilling. I highly recommend Tuyen for dip powder! Will be coming back again

We moved to this area about 1 year in a half ago and its been so hard to find a great nail place in the area. The different places Ive been to in the area have not met my expectations. Well yesterday was my 3rd time going to Encore and Ive been completely satisfied. Everyone has been very nice and my nails have always come out great. I hope the service continues great. They are getting busier than before so make sure to make an appointment.

I just moved to the area and to find a good nail place that does your nails the way you want it, is hard. I found this place with a simple google search and read the great reviews. I was going in for a gel mani, regular pedi and underarm wax. The person who did my wax was friendly and nice. Later, I ended up doing dipping powder because the nail tech Gary said it’s better for the design I wanted. I didn’t really get much of the manicure treatment, just went straight to the powder dipping. To be honest, I felt like he did not want to do my nails in the first place because he tried to give me to another nail tech and she didn’t want to do my nails either. I’m not sure why, I’m in my 30s so this isn’t my first rodeo, but the vibe was just off for me, it made me uncomfortable. At first the nails look good, but I kept wondering if he didn’t buff it down enough because it seemed thicker than usual. I assumed I would grow into it in a week or so. I wanted to like the nails but the thickness kept bothering me throughout the week! I just want to take them off now.
