I came to try this nail salon for the first time. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. First impression is that it is a very clean and spacious nail salon with good ventilation. Plus, ample free parking in the lot.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismGiving 2 stars because they work despite everything else isn’t bad. It lasts 2 to 3 weeks. They are however rude/dismissal on the phone especially when I’m calling to know if I can come in to fix a chipped nail they did 2 days ago. They shouldn’t schedule multiple people 2 hours towards their closing time or at all if they can’t get handle it. Hate having to be rushed and beaten during my pedicure. It’s a little cheaper than my regular place and a bit closer to home, so I will be giving them a 3rd try and see how it goes. I’ve been going to Express Nail and Spa since it opened. I haven’t gone anywhere else since. The owner and staff is so nice and attentive. Ben is amazing!!!!! He takes his time and makes sure my nails are perfect before I leave. He double and triple checks my nails from all angles to make sure it looks great. He does amazing GEL!!!! Visit them and make sure you ask for Ben.
